Pedestrian Struck

 

(Fayetteville, NC) – On May 18, 2020, at 11:27 am, officers with the Fayetteville Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Ramsey Street and Langdon Street in reference to a pedestrian being struck.

 

The preliminary investigation revealed a female had been struck in the roadway and was transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.  

 

Currently, Ramsey Street between Langdon Street and Hillsboro Street is shut down while officers investigate the scene.

 

The identity of the female is currently being withheld. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
